Fall 2011 Softball is right around the corner...

Hello Foster City softball families,

If your daughter has an interest in playing fall softball, you must download and submit the following application with a check made payable to FCYSA no later than July 31st.

FCYSA Fall Ball Application

Depending on the interest level, Foster City Softball will put together teams to participate in the Peninsula Jane Eymer Fast Pitch Softball League. There will be 10U, 12U and 14U divisions. The league fields teams from San Mateo, Belmont, Half Moon Bay, Palo Alto, San Bruno, San Carlos and Foster City. 10U and 14U doubleheader games are on Sunday with 12U doubleheader games on Saturdays. Teams will carry large rosters to accommodate girls who may have soccer conflicts. The season runs early September to mid-November.

The cost will be $100.00, please make check payable to FCYSA.

IIn Fall ball, girls typically play in the division they will play in the upcoming Spring season.  For example, if your daughter is in 8U now, but will be moving up to 10U in Spring 2012, she will typically play on a 10U Fall ball team.  We will work with you and your daughter to identify the proper level for her to have a safe and fun experience. 

The Fall ball program has been a very popular program.  On occasion, we have gotten more applications than we can accommodate.   We will work hard to place every player on a team.  If we receive more on-time application than roster spots, we will have a try-out to earn a spot on the teams.  Get your application in on time!
